This page explains what personal data sszentronics collects, how we use it, your rights, and the End User License Agreement for our websites and apps — including Google Play and Apple App Store distribution.

1. Who we are

sszentronics ('we', 'us', 'our') operates a multi-vendor software marketplace and related mobile and web applications at sszentronics.com. We are the data controller for personal information collected through our websites, apps, and vendor tools, except where a listed vendor is independently responsible for data they collect inside their own product.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email address, account credentials, business details for vendors, and support messages) and information generated when you use the platform (log data, device type, OS version, app version, pages or screens visited, purchase and entitlement history, and authentication tokens). If you buy through Google Play or the Apple App Store, we receive purchase tokens and subscription status from those stores or from our in-app purchase provider. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple or Google Play.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to create and manage your account, process purchases and payouts, deliver software entitlements, send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, subscription notices), provide customer support, improve the platform, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Mobile apps, stores, and in-app purchases

When you install an sszentronics app from Google Play or the Apple App Store, the store may collect information under its own privacy policy. Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds made through those stores are processed by Google or Apple. We use that purchase data only to unlock features you paid for and to troubleshoot billing. 5. Vendors and other processors

When you purchase a product, relevant order information (not payment card details) is shared with the vendor of that product so they can fulfill the order. We use Firebase (Google) for authentication and related services, hosting providers for the website and APIs, and payment processors such as Stripe, local wallets, Google Play Billing, and Apple In-App Purchase / RevenueCat where applicable. Each third party has its own privacy policy.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies for authentication sessions. We may use analytics to understand how the platform is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings. Disabling authentication cookies or equivalent storage will prevent you from signing in on the web.

7. Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are kept for seven years for legal and tax purposes. You may request deletion of your account data at any time — tax, dispute, and fraud-prevention records will be retained as required by law.

8. Your rights and account deletion

Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@sszentronics.com. To delete your sszentronics account and associated personal data, email support@sszentronics.com with the subject 'Account deletion' from the address on the account. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting a Google or Apple account does not automatically delete your sszentronics account.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS, encrypted storage, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you discover a vulnerability, please report it to security@sszentronics.com.

10. Children

sszentronics is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please contact us immediately.

11. International transfers

We may process data in countries other than your own, including where our hosting and authentication providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the 'Last updated' date below and, for material changes, notify registered users by email or in-app notice.

End User License Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using sszentronics websites or apps, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Store-specific EULAs from Google and Apple are linked in the next section.

EULA 1. License grant

Subject to these terms, sszentronics grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our apps and the marketplace website for your personal or internal business use. We (and our licensors and vendors) retain all ownership of the software, trademarks, and content, except for content you submit.

EULA 2. Store terms also apply

If you obtained the app from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement and Apple Media Services Terms also apply. If there is a conflict between this EULA and the applicable store’s mandatory terms, the store’s mandatory terms control for that distribution.

EULA 3. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the services; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with other users; or use the platform for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

EULA 4. Marketplace products and vendors

Independent vendors list software on sszentronics. Vendor products may have additional licenses. Purchases unlock entitlements as described at checkout. We are not responsible for a vendor’s product quality beyond our marketplace obligations, except where the law does not allow that limitation.

EULA 5. Subscriptions, payments, and refunds

Prices are shown before you buy. Web and certain regional payments are processed by our payment partners. Google Play and App Store purchases are billed by Google or Apple. To request a refund for a store purchase, use the store’s refund tools (Google Play Help or Apple Report a Problem). We will help you if a store receipt does not unlock your entitlement — contact support@sszentronics.com.

EULA 6. Updates and availability

We may update apps and the website, change features, or discontinue a product with reasonable notice where required. Store-distributed updates are delivered through Google Play or the App Store.

EULA 7. Disclaimer and liability

The services are provided 'as is' to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where we can limit liability, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the relevant product in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.

EULA 8. Termination

You may stop using the services and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach this EULA or if we must do so for legal or security reasons. License rights end when your account or subscription ends, except for copies the law requires us to allow you to keep.
